We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer / Account Manager to help scale our OT Cybersecurity practice. This role bridges the technical and commercial, ensuring client confidence while driving sales and delivering high-impact solutions.
You’ll play a critical role in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping enterprises secure their operational technology environments.
About the Role:
Drive Business Growth: Identify, qualify, and pursue OT cybersecurity opportunities to meet sales targets.
Lead Engagements: Manage sales cycles from prospecting through proposal to deal closure.
Bridge the Gap: Support pre-sales efforts with demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution development.
Customer-Centric Sales: Understand and align client needs with Stonebriar’s cybersecurity services, delivering tailored proposals.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools.
Post-Sale Success: Ensure seamless handover to delivery teams, support onboarding, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on OT cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and competitive insights.
Collaborative Execution: Work closely with engineering, delivery, and compliance teams to customize solutions that meet regulatory and technical requirements.
Qualification
Education:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity or MBA in Sales & Marketing.Experience:
3–6 years in sales engineering, technical sales, or pre-sales, preferably within cybersecurity.
Exposure to OT/ICS environments is a strong advantage.Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of OT protocols, threat detection tools, firewalls, endpoint security, data diodes, etc.
Familiarity with vendors like Nozomi, Dragos, TxOne, Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.
Awareness of services like Risk Assessment, VAPT, Audit & Compliance.Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven negotiation and sales abilities.
Analytical mindset with a customer-first attitude.
Excellent presentation and technical writing skills.
Certifications (preferred):
Security+ | CEH | CISSP | ISA/IEC 62443 | or relevant OT security certifications.Language:
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).Other Requirements:
Based in Riyadh with a valid local driving license.
Prior experience carrying and meeting sales quotas.
